About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager, AI & Tools, you will support the Content & Learning team by managing the technology that powers learning, content, and coaching programs. You will also oversee the development and execution of AI initiatives (LLM’s), ensuring efficient implementation and responsible use of AI-powered solutions.

This role requires a strong technical background in enterprise systems, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and automation. You will collaborate with teams across the company, including Content & Learning, Engineering, Data & Insights, and Operations, to optimize existing tools and explore new AI-driven solutions.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680.00 and up to $144,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In This Role, You Can Expect To:Manage Learning & Content Technology

  • Oversee tools used by the Content & Learning team, ensuring they are effectively maintained and optimized.
  • Track tool usage, analyze impact, and provide insights to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for system integrations, performance improvements, and issue resolution.
  • Work with procurement and finance teams to manage tool-related budgets, contracts, and renewals.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements and identify opportunities to enhance automation.
  • Support users with technical inquiries, system access, troubleshooting, and updates.

AI & Large Language Model (LLM) Program

  • Lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven LLM initiatives within the Speech Analytics organization, ensuring responsible use and governance of AI models.
  • Develop and test AI applications in collaboration with engineering and research teams.
  • Define best practices for AI usage, improving accuracy, performance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses and chatbot interactions to enhance automation quality.

Technology Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop a long-term roadmap for optimizing and integrating tools across teams.
  • Work with Engineering, Content & Learning, Quality, Strategy & Innovation, and Operations teams to align AI initiatives with company goals.
  • Advocate for automation and AI-driven efficiencies across learning and content platforms.

To Thrive in This Role, You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AI, ML, automation, and enterprise technology systems.
  • Experience managing learning, content, or AI-driven coaching platforms/tools.
  • Proven ability to assess, implement, and integrate third-party technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, prompt engineering, and NLP (natural language processing) evaluation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools or coding languages.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
