The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives.
Make an impact as a Technical Program Management (TPM) Intern:
As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will play a key role in driving the successful end-to-end delivery of engineering projects across multiple teams and systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve gaps and dependencies to keep projects on track.
The intern will assist with end-to-end delivery of engineering work by supporting progress tracking, identifying dependencies, and helping resolve blockers to enable timely execution. Contribute to project coordination by preparing status updates and sharing information with the right audience at the right time. Help organize and participate in meetings, observe decision-making processes, and learn how to transform complex ideas into clear, concise communications for stakeholders. Support cross-team collaboration by learning how to bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems to ensure smooth delivery.

Program Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree only with a latest expected graduation date of June 2027 • Evidence of strong academics• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking• Ability to partner across the organization• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate cross functionally• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence. AHA) is preferred• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize data for reporting.
