Job Description:Are you a driven and experienced Technical Product Manager with a passion for SaaS solutions? We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our software solutions while ensuring they align with market demands and are technically feasible.
Key Responsibilities:1. Product Strategy & Roadmap- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS offerings based on market research and customer feedback.
- Work cross-functionally to align engineering, marketing, and sales on product goals and timelines.
- Prioritize product backlogs and manage releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into functional specifications.
- Evaluate and address technical feasibility feedback provided by the development team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions related to product features and enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to conduct user research and define user personas.
- Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences that meet customer needs.
- Organize user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on the product design.
- Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to gauge product success.
- Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and drive decisions related to product features and enhancements.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Utilize insights to inform product strategy and differentiation in the marketplace.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment in iGaming industry.
- Technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile product management frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, GitHub, or similar platforms for project tracking and collaboration.
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech or crypto sector.
- Knowledge of APIs and integration methods.
- A proven track record of launching successful SaaS products.
