Our client in the consulting space is seeking a Technical Product Consultant (GenAI) to lead the functional delivery and operational execution of Generative AI solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI products while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, technical capabilities, and user needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the functional delivery of Generative AI products, overseeing ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.

  • Own and prioritize the product and feature backlog, working closely with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive predictable and timely delivery.

  • Translate business requirements and user stories into clear functional and technical specifications to support backlog refinement and sprint execution.

  • Define, track, and monitor functional KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impact.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform functional design decisions and guide the evolution of GenAI capabilities.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and architects, ensuring clarity on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.

  • Engage with customers and end users to gather feedback on GenAI features and performance, translating insights into continuous functional improvements.

  • Support continuous improvement of GenAI products through iterative development and feedback loops.

  • Proven experience in technical or functional product management, preferably within AI or Generative AI initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their practical business applications.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Angular, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working within Agile delivery models and collaborative, cross-functional environments.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify, document, and articulate functional requirements.

  • Proactive learner who stays current with GenAI trends and emerging technologies.

Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day onsite)
