Job Description:

As the Technical Manager, Analytics Implementation, you will manage the practices related to implementing analytics for our customers, and the mentoring of staff related to these practices.  You will have client-facing consulting responsibilities.

The goal for this role is to ensure Cardinal Path is delivering high quality, web analytics implementations and other analytics infrastructure, while preparing us to grow by developing a mentoring program for junior members of the team.

This is a remote position in Canada that reports to Associate Director, Analytics Implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with other team members to define and refine our practices for performing analytics implementations and other technical services and deploy these with the goal of improving quality of deliverables across projects.
  • You will develop and deliver a training program to allow technical staff to gain knowledge on performing analytics implementations.You will manage a group of technical consultants
  • Mentor junior team members on accomplishing their consulting responsibilities.
  • You will evaluate business goals from multiple business teams and develop and document tracking/tagging strategies to allow individuals and teams to measure success
  • You will consult with clients and their agencies on projects requiring web analytics platform selection, implementation, platform remediation, and dashboard development.
  • You will work with our client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics services such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • You will perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
  • You will provide best practice consulting services to our clients in solving their Web analytics platform strategy and technical needs.
  • You will conduct platform training and knowledge sharing in web analytics for our clients and the project team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Adobe Developer certification
  • Knowledge of Tag Management Solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium iQ
  • 7+ years on-the-job experience implementing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Minimum 4 years experience with web development
  • Experience with HTML and web protocols
  • Advanced JavaScript skills
  • Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage

The anticipated salary range for this position is $97,000 - $112,000.Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
