Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Support position provides sales and customer service support to Account Managers and
customers by coordinating inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities for Electric Motors and
Controls products. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and the sales team,
ensuring timely and accurate communication, order processing, and resolution of customer needs. The
position requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills, along
with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships in a fast-paced environment.
The role utilizes SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support efficient sales processes and deliver a high
level of customer service.

  • Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word; training will be provided on internal systems and applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP.
  • Prior experience with Electric Motors and/or Controls is desirable, preferred.

What would my main duties be?
  • Partner with Account Managers to provide timely, accurate, and responsive service to customers
  • throughout the sales process, including customer inquiries, order processing, quotations, follow-up,
  • and expediting of information related to Electric Motors and Controls products.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal sales partners, establishing and maintaining professional, productive relationships that support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Process and maintain customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy, timely entry, appropriate follow up, and coordination with internal departments to support on-time delivery and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate and prepare customer quotations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring quotation are accurate, complete, and provided within established timelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received by telephone and email, providing information, coordinating follow-up, scheduling activities, and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including order entry, quotation preparation, customer inquiries, order follow-up, and other sales support activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company products, processes, procedures, pricing, and systems to effectively support customers and Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve customer issues, communicate order status, and facilitate the timely flow of information throughout the sales and order fulfillment
  • process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service, communication, and sales support processes and proactively address issues that may impact the customer experience.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 3-5 years related experience and /or training with electric motors or Industrial Products; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ME/IE Engineering background strongly preferred
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Microsoft office proficiency is a must.
