We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to craft high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including scripts, blogs, and marketing assets for our client. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile software development, and modern software practices, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content. A strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and federal government software systems is highly preferred.

Commitment and Duration

  • Hourly Retainer: 10 hours per week, with the potential to flex up as needed
  • Duration: Six months minimum, with potential for extension

Objectives of This Role

  • Create compelling blog posts, video scripts, and website content focused on DevSecOps, Agile practices, and technical themes
  • Write concise, CEO-ready scripts for video content, reflecting the CEO’s voice and tone.
  • Revamp technical playbooks into user-friendly storytelling formats
  • Develop case studies and SEO-driven content for the website
  • Support proposal writing and create case study-based responses
  • Contribute to marketing assets, including newsletters and email campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content across various formats, tailored to technical audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and voice
  • Transform complex technical topics into clear, engaging narratives
  • Produce marketing materials, including continuous delivery resources and email campaigns

Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of DevSecOps, Agile development, and cybersecurity practices
  • Proven track record of technical content writing with SEO expertise
  • Strong ability to adopt and maintain an executive tone and voice
  • Experience with proposal writing and crafting case study responses
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery frameworks is a plus
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills
