Technical Consultant – Senior / Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Technical Consultant to design, configure, develop, and

implement enterprise SaaS solutions for financial institutions.

The consultant will translate banking, product, pricing, billing, workflow, integration, and data

requirements into scalable technical solutions. The Lead level will additionally provide technical

direction, mentor team members, lead technical workstreams, and participate in client-facing

discussions.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver technical implementation workstreams across product, pricing, billing, offers,

eligibility, approvals, reporting, integrations, automation, and related capabilities.

● Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and

implementation tasks.

● Configure, customize, and develop backend, frontend, API, integration, reporting,

workflow, automation, and data-processing components.

● Design and implement REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

● Work with file transformations, validation rules, error handling, reconciliation logic, and

interface behavior.

● Troubleshoot application logic, databases, APIs, batch jobs, data flows, environments,

deployments, and client systems.

● Participate in functional, integration, regression, negative, edge-case, and data-driven

testing.

● Lead technical workshops, client discussions, demos, defect triage, delivery checkpoints,

and scope clarification.

● Lead technical workstreams and provide technical direction to development teams.

● Review deliverables and mentor junior team members.

● Identify delivery risks, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and escalation requirements.

● Support deployment readiness, production support, and continuous improvement.
