You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for all National and Complex integration projects to support our client consulting group's goals and objectives.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Client Consultants.

Posting Type: Replacement

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $53,000 – $72,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Provide technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams

  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure support and delivery, this includes supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions

  • Manage Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging several teams to facilitate issue resolution.

  • Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.

Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in IT client consulting role, can read code and communicate with external stakeholders

  • 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset

  • Knowledge of Java, .net or PHP, and restful API (Json) is a big PLUS

  • Strong documentation and client management skills

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
