What You’ll Work On:

  • Engineering Execution: Own day-to-day delivery across Research, Product, and Infra. You’ll establish the cadences (sprints, reviews, retros) that keep us moving at startup speed.,

  • Technical Contribution: You will contribute code to critical paths and perform deep-dive code reviews to maintain our high bar for quality.,

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with the CEO to translate vision into concrete technical milestones. You’ll identify risks and "see around corners" before they become blockers.,

  • Customer & Sales Engineering: Join high-stakes customer calls to translate feedback into product requirements and explain our architecture/trade-offs to enterprise buyers.,

  • Operational Excellence: Lead hiring efforts, own SOC 2 compliance/security reviews, and manage the "CEO Office" operations (communicate, tracking commitments, and priority management).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Required: 3-5 years of software engineering experience,

  • Required: Ability to go deep technically (code reviews, architecture decisions, debugging) while maintaining high-level strategic perspective,

  • Optional: MBA or graduate business,

  • Optional: Experience in technical program management, chief of staff roles, or engineering leadership,

Optional: Background in AI/ML systems or infrastructure at scale
