About iVerify

We are Experts in Mobile Threat Hunting. The first mobile threat hunting company to protect mobile devices like any other vulnerable corporate endpoint.

The mobile security market has a problem. Simply put, current solutions fail to meet the sophistication of modern threats or the growing privacy desires of mobile device users. We believe that it is time for something new. Not only because we care deeply about the safety of frontline users like journalists and activists - many of whom are doing important and often dangerous work - but because enterprises and consumers deserve real protection from advanced mobile threats without sacrificing privacy.

We are building the first mobile threat hunting company to harmonize security and privacy in the face of a new class of mobile threats. Supported by some of the most well-respected VC firms, we aim to become the go-to mobile security solution for individuals who want to know they can trust their devices with their most sensitive information – without sacrificing privacy.

About the Role

iVerify is looking for a Technical Account Manager (based in the USA on Eastern Time or in the UK) to own the technical relationship with our enterprise and public sector customers post-sale, partnering with Account Executives, Solutions, and Support to drive successful deployments, healthy adoption, and long-term retention. You're comfortable troubleshooting a stalled Intune rollout with a mobility admin, and you'll be a direct contributor to product direction through the issues and requests your accounts surface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of named accounts, from onboarding through renewal

  • Own customer deployments end to end: MDM/UEM configuration, enrollment strategy, integrations (SIEM, identity, MTD connectors), and rollout planning

  • Run recurring technical reviews and health checks; identify adoption gaps and drive them to resolution

  • Triage, escalate, and manage technical issues to closure in partnership with Support and Engineering

  • Advise customers on detected threats, including guidance on triage, containment, and follow-up investigation, working with the Threat Ops team

  • Diagnose and proactively address blind spots in personal expertise and demonstrate exceptional self-directed learning

  • Partner with product and engineering to surface field intelligence that shapes roadmap

  • Maintain technical documentation: deployment guides, integration references, runbooks, FAQs, alongside Support and Solutions

  • Support expansion and renewal motions alongside Account Executives with technical validation of new use cases

  • Travel to customer sites for onsite workshops, business reviews, and events

Requirements
  • Mobile & MDM Expertise

    • Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, Hexnode, and similar platforms

    • Deep familiarity with Apple/Android mobile supervision, enrollment (ADE/DEP, Android Enterprise), and ownership modes

    • Working knowledge of compliance policies, conditional access, app protection policies, and BYOD architecture

    Cybersecurity Fundamentals

    • Solid grasp of the mobile threat landscape (app risk, smishing, spyware, zero-click exploits)

    • Ability to speak credibly about mobile's place in the broader security stack (SIEM, XDR, SOAR, identity)

    • Comfortable holding a technical conversation with a security architect or SOC lead

    Other

    • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or senior technical support) at a security or enterprise software company, with a track record of owning technical outcomes for enterprise accounts

    • Strong technical writing skills (runbooks, integration guides, customer-facing summaries)

    • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and communicate clearly during escalations

    • Executive presence, adaptable communication style

    • Fluent English; authorized to work in the country where you are based; able to travel

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with mobile threat defense or endpoint security products in production environments

    • Familiarity with competitors (Zimperium, MS Defender for Mobile, Lookout, Zscaler)

    • Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIS2, GDPR, DORA, FedRAMP, CMMC) in a customer advisory context

    • Background supporting cybersecurity, government, defense, or financial services customers
