Technical Account Manager
Toronto (Markham)
Hybrid | Full-time

About Creative Clicks Creative Clicks is a high-growth performance marketing company building and scaling data-driven digital products globally. We operate across 65+ countries, combining the speed of a startup with the scale of an international organization. Our teams move fast, think big, and are obsessed with results.

About the Role We're looking for a Technical Account Manager who already speaks the language of performance marketing — CPI, ROAS, postbacks, and attribution aren't things you need to learn, they're things you live in day-to-day. This role sits at the intersection of client relationships and technical execution: you'll manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts while owning the setup, optimization, and reporting infrastructure that keeps campaigns performing.

If you're someone who can troubleshoot a tracking discrepancy in the morning, present campaign insights to a client in the afternoon, and build an automated reporting workflow before the end of the day, this role was written for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts with a focus on CPI and mobile performance campaigns

  • Own end-to-end campaign setup: uploading offers into our in-house tracking platform, configuring postbacks, and validating tracking accuracy with clients and internal teams

  • Build and maintain automated reporting workflows that surface the right data to the right people — without manual effort every week

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, flag issues early, and proactively recommend optimizations

  • Execute Insertion Orders and work with the legal and sales team to ensure documentation is accurate and complete

  • Establish competitive payouts aligned to traffic volume and campaign performance benchmarks

  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients — translating complex tracking or platform issues into clear, actionable solutions

  • Reconcile billing on a weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly basis, and coordinate with finance on outstanding accounts

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Tech to implement campaign changes and improvements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, or a similar role within performance marketing or affiliate marketing — this is non-negotiable

  • Strong working knowledge of CPI campaign mechanics, mobile attribution, and tracking platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools or reporting pipelines (e.g. Google Looker Studio, custom dashboards, or workflow automation)

  • Confident with data: you can pull, interpret, and present campaign analytics without needing someone to translate it for you

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation are second nature

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines concurrently

  • Clear communicator — you can explain a technical issue to a non-technical client and a strategic insight to a founder

Nice to Have

  • Experience with in-house tracking platforms or ad servers

  • Familiarity with API integrations or basic scripting for reporting automation

  • Background managing CPA, CPL, or CPS campaigns in addition to CPI

  • Experience working with traffic sources such as Meta, TikTok, or programmatic networks

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Hybrid working model (Amsterdam HQ)

  • 25 vacation days

  • A fast-moving, entrepreneurial team with real ownership and impact

  • A culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and collaboration

Additional Information This role is open only to candidates already residing in the Netherlands. Creative Clicks is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer. Selection decisions are based solely on job-related factors.
