Your Purpose 

As a Tech recruiter, your purpose is to drive the full-cycle recruitment process, acting as the go-to person for hiring managers and ensuring the selection of high-performing individuals who will shape the future of our company. You will be involved right from the beginning, conducting intake sessions to thoroughly understand the talent requirements. From there, you will take ownership of attracting top talent and guiding them through the recruitment journey, culminating in extending offers. Throughout the process, you will maintain strong engagement with hiring managers, keeping them involved and updated, and consistently deliver an incredible candidate experience.

Who You Are 

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection. 

  • Proven English fluency.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Relevant educational background or studies in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, leveraging insights to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a deep understanding of candidate and hiring manager expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize effectively.

  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with hiring managers and effectively engage with candidates, making them feel valued and excited about the opportunity.
  • Your data-driven mindset empowers you to leverage analytics and recruitment metrics to shape and refine your strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • With a customer-oriented approach, you are committed to understanding and addressing the needs of both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills enable you to seamlessly manage multiple recruitment processes.
  • As a collaborative team player, you contribute actively and bring a positive impact to our team's success.
