As a Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman, you will:
- Supervise and support technicians in the shop
- Schedule and perform fleet maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Generate work orders and track progress to completion
- Monitor shop performance and implement improvements
- Valid Class G driver’s licence (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or diesel maintenance and repair, or completion of a recognized technical program
- Previous experience in a lead technician or supervisory role preferred
- Possess a full set of mechanic’s tools
- Willingness to participate in certification programs (training and bonuses provided)
