About the Role

As a Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman, you will:

  • Supervise and support technicians in the shop
  • Schedule and perform fleet maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Generate work orders and track progress to completion
  • Monitor shop performance and implement improvements
Qualifications
  • Valid Class G driver’s licence (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or diesel maintenance and repair, or completion of a recognized technical program
  • Previous experience in a lead technician or supervisory role preferred
  • Possess a full set of mechanic’s tools
  • Willingness to participate in certification programs (training and bonuses provided)
