Drive cost-saving initiatives, manage demand forecasting, and ensure inventory balance across plants and distribution centers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer flows, manage capacity, and deliver cost-effective supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Lead the S&OP process, ensuring accurate demand forecasts while aligning supply chain operations with business objectives and customer service targets.

  • Collaborate with operations, finance, logistics, and sales teams to evaluate and implement improvements in the supply chain network, focusing on performance optimization.
  • Oversee inventory management across plant locations, balancing stock levels to meet customer demand while optimizing costs and minimizing excess inventory.
  • Develop and implement network optimization strategies using advanced planning tools such as JDA, SAP, and Llamasoft to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct scenario and contingency planning to address demand fluctuations and capacity constraints, ensuring preparedness for short-, medium-, and long-term supply chain challenges.
  • Monitor and report on key supply chain performance metrics, including stock levels, plant capacities, and network optimization, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  • Support IT system implementation and upgrades related to supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with the overall supply chain and IT strategy.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional supply chain projects, contributing to both regional and global initiatives aimed at improving planning efficiency and achieving financial targets.
