The mandate of the Credit Reference Data Services team is to provide our clients globally a seamless credit onboarding experience, by managing, analyzing and processing client and credit data across TD Securities trading and credit risk systems in accordance to credit agreements. Job Description:

In this role, you will:
- Process, manage and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems for new and existing clients using a mix of automated and manual processes
- Verify relevant AML, KYC and regulatory requirements for new clients as per TDS FCMR policy
- Review credit agreements and documents for TDS clients and ensure credit limits are accurate programmed in various source systems
- Maintain automated solutions, system tools, and EUCs while leveraging emerging technology to streamline processes and drive automation
- Analyze and resolve exceptions from various reconciliation processes and automations
- Achieve an exceptional standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate risk to TD (e.g. reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk)
- Achieve business objectives by completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality
- Assist in the testing for system updates and enhancements.
- Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities, as necessary
- Put forward creative, innovative ideas to further streamline processes and simplify the way we operate
- Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as keeping everyone up-to-date on the status of routine activities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate TD Framework and shared commitments in daily activities
Job Requirements:
- University or college degree with relevant experience
- Technical expertise regarding analyzing and updating existing tools and datasets (Excel)
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Ability to deliver legendary service while adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and ability to handle several tasks and changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook)
- Prior Credit (Cairo – Carma) knowledge would be an asset
