Your Opportunity

Our Oakville office is looking to hire a Tax Scanner. This is a contractual, net new in-office role with responsibilities comprised of, but not limited to: 

  • Scanning/Digitizing (see points I added)
  • Mailing documents to CRA & clients
  • Assistance with office scanning project, as time permits
  • Sorting, Logging, Organizing, and Scanning of confidential client information to iFirm documents
  • General support around the office, not limited to loading dishwashers, general tidying
  • Overtime possible throughout the month of April
  • Office event support, as required

Your experience and education

  • You ideally have related post-secondary education in office administration
  • You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential & time-sensitive information
  • You have a desire to learn and take on new challenges

The expected hourly rate for this role is $20/hour.
