The Opportunity 
We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to support resource planning and talent operations across the business. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping teams run smoothly.
 
You’ll work closely with the Director of Talent and Resourcing to keep projects properly staffed, teams aligned, and talent processes running efficiently.
 
This is a great opportunity to build a career in Talent, HR, Resource Management, or Operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across both project staffing and people operations, with exposure to how teams are built, supported, and scaled within a fast paced, creative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

    Support Resource Planning
  • Help coordinate team schedules across multiple projects
  • Assist with assigning team members based on availability and project needs
  • Track team capacity and utilization, and flag scheduling conflicts or gaps
  • Support booking freelancers when additional support is required
  • Keep Things Organized
  • Update and maintain our resource planning platform
  • Ensure schedules and allocations are accurate and up to date
  • Help maintain visibility across teams on resourcing and project allocation
  • Support Talent & HR Processes
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires (checking documentation, scheduling, and systems setup)
  • Support employee benefits administration, including enrolment and updates across Canada and the US teams
  • Help respond to general employee queries and support day-to-day HR administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within our HR systems
  • Support coordination of internal processes such as 30/60/90 check-ins, surveys, and performance reviews
  • Assist with ongoing improvements to HR systems and processes as the organization evolves

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, HR, or support role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in Talent, HR, Resource Management, or Operations
  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, or project tracking.
  • Comfortable working with tools and systems (e.g., resource planning tools, HRIS, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to stay proactive, anticipate needs, and help keep teams and processes running smoothly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating a positive and supportive employee experience

Bonus Points!

  • Interest or experience in creative, advertising, or digital industries
  • Experience using resource planning or project management tools is a plus, along with familiarity with HR or people systems
  • Experience with onboarding, employee support, or general HR administration
