Our Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders to deliver the right people, in the right role, at the right time. As we evolve and grow to meet the demand, we are seeking an additional motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional to join us on a maximum term basis for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within the motoring and home services sectors

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other recruitment channels

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the motoring or home services industries. Blue collar experience is highly desirable

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience with Workday would be considered highly advantageous  

  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
