Entuitive is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor based out of our Toronto office. In this role you will lead a variety of hires across a cross-section engineering service groups nationally, shaping and driving both the hiring leader & candidate experience. As well, you will lead student hiring and our campus program, playing a pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce overseeing the full lifecycle of intern, co-op, and new graduate hiring. You will be the face of our brand on campus and the architect of a best-in-class early talent experience.

What will you do?  

  

Pipeline Development  

  • Effective sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple tools and strategies to generate prospects and translate them into leads. 
  • Identify and implement methods of attracting and acquiring high performers for Structural and Civil Engineering roles.  
  • Source, build, and nurture a network of contacts and a pipeline of talent to facilitate timely solutions for future resourcing needs.  

  

Candidate Experience  

  • Open, timely, and informed effective communication – no candidate left in a black hole or with the perception of being ghosted.  
  • Proactive and future-focused mindset, creating lasting relationships for pipeline growth.  
  • High touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning the full life cycle of responsibilities.  

  

Hiring Leader Engagement  

  • Consistent robust kick-off calls, validating target profiles, confirming qualifications  
  • Shape and drive hiring leaders by coaching leaders on talent market and competitor insights, recruitment best practices, and candidate engagement.  

Requirements

What do you need to succeed?  

  

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably recruiting for civil or structural engineering or other highly technical specialized roles.  
  • A self-starter attitude with a high sense of urgency and drive without sacrificing on quality.  
  • Experience building effective relationships with diverse teams, candidates, clients, and hiring leaders, with an ability to communicate effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels.  
  • Solid experience with creating sourcing and recruiting strategies, leveraging a broad range of tools beyond simply LinkedIn Recruiter.  
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, and an appreciation for clean data and data insights.  
  • Creativity and teamwork – thriving in an organizational culture that values collaboration, idea-generation, ingenuity and collective effort

Compensation, Benefits, & Total Rewards

  • Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (aligned with experience, qualifications, and education)
