About Us

At Rodan Energy, our mission is Making Sustainable, Attainable. As a leading North American energy services company, we provide innovative solutions that help clients reduce energy costs and GHG emissions, support electrification, and enhance grid efficiency. With over 20 years of expertise, we’re trusted by North America’s largest energy users, power producers, and utilities.

Why Join Rodan
  • Thriving Industry: Join a rapidly growing sector at the forefront of innovation and sustainability—shape the future of energy management.
  • Proven Market Fit: Our strong client retention and consistent growth reflect trusted, long‑term partnerships with industry leaders.
  • Top Talent & Culture: Collaborate with high‑performing teams committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainability.
What Makes This Role Great

You’ll be instrumental in scaling Rodan’s workforce during a period of significant growth—building pipelines for field services talent, and elevating our candidate experience and employer brand. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, gain deep domain knowledge across metering and emerging technologies (including BESS), and help put skilled technicians at the forefront of the energy transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Primary focus

  • Source, engage, and screen candidates primarily for Field Services roles (self‑contained, instrument, complex metering); maintain high‑quality shortlists.
  • Own interview logistics: schedule, coordinate panels, and manage candidate communications via ATS and Outlook/Teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines; track progress and funnel metrics in ATS.

Secondary support

  • Recruit for junior–intermediate roles across the business on an as‑needed basis.
  • Drive co‑op and campus recruiting: build relationships with post‑secondary programs; manage term cycles and conversions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft role‑specific assessments for the stage‑three assignment; ensure consistent evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate on social media and employer brand initiatives to increase qualified applications.
  • Report weekly on requisition status, pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, and conversion at HM interview stage (target 25%).
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must‑Haves)
  • 2+ years full‑cycle talent acquisition; ideally recruiting for trades/field services.
  • Proven high‑volume phone outreach and screening experience; comfortable with outbound/active sourcing.
  • Strong ATS proficiency and tech savvy across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel/SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership; able to influence and “sell the opportunity.”
  • Prioritization and organization in a fast‑moving, high‑change environment; strong work ethic.
  • Pipeline management discipline and data hygiene in ATS.
  • Hybrid availability: able to work on‑site 2–3 days/week in Mississauga.
  • Social media recruiting and basic campaign execution skills.
  • Experience coordinating interviews/booking, including panel logistics and assessments.
  • Comfort engaging with post‑secondary partners and co‑op programs.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience recruiting for energy, utilities, metering, or industrial services.
  • Exposure to technical screening for electricians/technicians and safety‑sensitive environments.
Work Arrangement & Hours
  • Full‑time, 8 hour schedule between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, hybrid (Mississauga HQ).
  • Occasional flexibility for candidate availability and hiring manager schedules.
Our Standard Hiring Process

Our process includes 3 interviews and an assignment to validate key competencies (outside of field Services roles).
