Primary Functions:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.

• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.

• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and attract top talent.

• Data Management: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment function and implement best practices.

Job Qualifications:

The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.

They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven 5 years of work experience as Recruiter • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT/ Healthcare/Revenue Cycle Management roles.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferable Workday and resume databases • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIN, social media recruiting, Boolean search)

• Strong reporting making skills using excel or other tools, including the ability to analyze recruitment data and generate insightful reports.

• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

• Bachelor’s OR MBA in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.

Soft/ Behavior Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
