- Act as a brand ambassador for BIS, making every candidate interaction feel meaningful and exciting.
- Spot top talent quickly and intuitively—your instincts are your superpower.
- Own and improve the interview experience across departments.
- Provide feedback and insights to hiring managers, ensuring strong alignment between candidate potential and team needs.
- Use data to drive better hiring, leveraging tools and analytics to continuously improve
- Developing talent pipelines and passive candidate outreach strategies
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities as they arise
You might be the right fit if you:
- Love talking to people and thrive on human connection—this role is conversation-heavy.
- Are naturally curious, eager to learn, and open to new ideas.
- Move fast and make things happen—you’re organized, self-motivated, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Are a strong communicator, both in listening and expressing ideas clearly.
- Enjoy working autonomously but love collaborating with a high-performing team.
- Have experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
- Tech savviness with both common software programs and AI tools is a must.
- Experience using common Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of recruitment while keeping quality top of mind.
- Formal HR education or designation is a bonus, not a requirement.
