We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition team member to join our team and lead recruiting for our Financial Services Business Unit in North America.  

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, partnering with business leaders, and helping candidates navigate meaningful career moves in management consulting.  

Job Description

Hybrid: Three days from Toronto Office (150 York)

Expertise req: recruitment in Financial Services Industry, Canada & US 

What you’ll do 

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer) 
  • Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy 
  • Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market 
  • Engage candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals 
  • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer 
  • Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing, and efficiency 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for 

  • 7 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (consulting and financial services is highly preferred) 
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills 
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
