Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the arrival of new employees.
- Work closely with your client managers to fully understand their goals, challenges and operations in order to develop a personalized candidate attraction and assessment strategy
- Use your headhunting skills to discover and attract our target candidates and subsequently assess their potential
- Act as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an unparalleled candidate experience
- Cooperate with members of the HR team through our processes
- Actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects and processes
Qualifications
- You are results-oriented with strong adaptability
- A keen sense of intrapreneurship
- A great capacity to influence as an expert advisor in talent acquisition
- 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the logistics and/or manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Ability to manage your time and your autonomy.
- Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative always with a positive attitude!
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
