Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated, remote-based Recruiter to support our Clutter business. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide. This Recruiter role gives you an opportunity to help build and foster a customer obsessed culture through the hiring of Clutter frontline field associates, exempt-level field leaders to oversee operations, and specialized corporate roles to support the infrastructure across North America.  The Recruiter we seek should have a strong acumen in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnerships, and candidate generation.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize high-volume and specialized candidate pipelines to meet internal customer capacity needs in a fast-paced, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven environment.

  • Foster a collaborative and consultative relationship with internal and external customers to lead recruiting initiatives and deliver just-in-time hiring results.

  • Develop and implement creative strategies and ideas that will drive continuous improvement within the recruitment life cycle.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for both high-volume non-exempt roles and specialized/niche professional positions.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices in diverse environments, such as high-volume retail, logistics, operations, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

  • Proven ability in leading internal customer relationships across multiple geographic regions for varying job profiles, managing a high volume workload, and delivering results.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Candidates in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones are strongly preferred.

Reasonably expected salary range: $66,700.00 - $83,400.00
