Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Canada Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job advertisements and source candidates through various channels
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, campus partnerships, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes and collect feedback
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
Talent Acquisition Operations Support
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRIS system
  • Ensure hiring processes comply with provincial policies and local employment regulations
  • Support recruitment process and compliance improvement initiatives
  • Assist in reporting and tracking hiring metrics
  • Support various ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.

Qualifications  

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
  • Able to work full-time on-site starting from the end of March.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Fluency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is an asset but not required
  • Previous intern experience in high-volume recruiting is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems is an asset.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
