The Talent Acquisition Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, facilitating communication among stakeholders, enhancing the candidate experience, and managing logistical aspects of onboarding and interview processes. This role requires efficient scheduling, process management, and strong relational skills with team members and candidates.
Your role at Dynatrace
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements, as well as booking candidate travel, while demonstrating flexibility and prioritization.
- Facilitate and foster communication with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates during the interview process.
- Utilize Application Tracking System (ATS) in collaboration with Recruiter to move candidate through the hiring process and ensure accurate candidate data.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing logistics and providing a seamless interview process.
- Coordinate and support the pre-boarding processes through working closely with members of the TA recruiting team, P&C Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and new hires.
- Promoting a stellar new hire experience as the main point of contact from time of offer to Day 1 of onboarding.
- Process Management: Maintain and improve interview coordinator processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Maintain SLAs through efficient and effective coordination practices.
- Responsible for a smooth onboarding process for new hires:
- Ensure all required pre-hire activities are scheduled and completed to ensure a timely start date and new hire processing and any related issues escalated accordingly.
- Partner closely with our People & Culture team to ensure all our new starters have a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide daily, weekly or/and monthly reports and presentations.
- Function as a point of contact; building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate and take a lead in different People-related projects.

- High proficiency in MS Office suite of products required including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ATS tools
- Excellent English and communication skills required both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and identify process efficiencies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated track record of being proactive to solve problems.
- Demonstrated track record of process improvements / implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic; specifically, as it relates to the candidate experience.
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities while taking new challenges.
