Internal Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner - CANAC at a glance
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our Commercial Business Units, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruiting strategies, delivering diverse and high-quality talent pools, and building pipelines for the future for these parts of the organization. Reporting to the Associate Director of Commercial Business Units for North America, you will work alongside a team of skilled TABPs to support business growth plans and our long-term business strategy.
What's on the Menu

  • Create and drive comprehensive recruiting strategies based on needs of each part of the organization, delivering diverse and high-quality talent
  • Build pipelines and talent pools to ensure a robust flow of talent for future recruiting needs
  • Deliver performance aligned with best-in-class performance metrics and measures, including those focusing on speed of filled positions, quality of candidates, and the recruitment journey experience of both hiring managers and candidates
  • Architect and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting and oversee candidate identification, outreach, negotiation, and offer execution for active and future talent
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process
  • Influence by providing informative market data and intelligence that support growth-oriented recruiting and hiring decisions

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$116,600.00 - $145,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
