About this role
We're looking for a dedicated, process driven, and results focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our energetic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Operations team.
As a member of the Talent Acquisitions Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Assistant will work both independently as well as closely with our team, partnering directly with the TA Delivery and TA Strategy teams. In this role you will support day to day TA process requirements, manage interview scheduling, offer administration, onboarding of new starters, and everything in between. A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Assistant
- Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process
- Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
- Manage all aspects of high-volume interview scheduling across the team and be proficient in balancing multiple requests and priorities
- Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, and manage all new starter communications up to their first day
- Provide and maintain necessary, timely, and accurate data to ensure seamless processes and experiences
- Manage a high volume of inquiries in team's shared mailbox
- Provide accurate, complete and timely responses on a variety of inquiries to Applicants, Suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other Stakeholders
- Process and monitor background checks for all new hires
- You'll exhibit exceptional organizational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads, and are able to prioritize your own workload
- You'll be an excellent communicator and be able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates
- You're detail oriented and meticulous about providing error-free work
- You're willing to get involved and support colleagues when times get busy
- You can stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Administrative Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Forms, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Background in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Process Management experience
- Project Management experience
