You will recruit top talent while helping ensure new hires and existing employees are set up for long-term success through structured onboarding, role-specific ramp-up programs, and continuous learning initiatives.

Starting with the most urgent hiring needs across Sales and Engineering you will work closely with leadership to deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate and employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who brings an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys building programs from the ground up, and is excited to contribute across recruiting, onboarding, and professional development as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Develop insights around the talent market, competitive hiring trends, and effective recruiting practices
  • Strategically and creatively source passive candidates for senior and specialized roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job postings, cold outreach, and ATS tools
  • Manage the interview process end-to-end, including scheduling, candidate communication, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and closing strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records, ensuring all candidate activity and communications are properly tracked

Learning, Onboarding & Development:

  • Partner with leadership and People Team to support and enhance onboarding programs for new hires across departments
  • Help design and deliver role-specific ramp-up plans for Sales, Engineering, Client Success, and other teams as the organization grows
  • Support the development of training materials, documentation, and learning resources to improve time-to-productivity
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including training schedules, documentation, and cross-functional touchpoints
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of employee learning and development initiatives
  • Gather feedback from new hires and managers to refine onboarding and training programs
  • Track onboarding and training effectiveness using qualitative feedback and basic metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in related field
  • 1+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience managing stakeholders and building consultative relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and G-Suite
  • Experience with a modern ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track applications, and generate reports (BambooHR preferred)
  • Strong data management and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment and onboarding data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively build scalable processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Sales, technical, or engineering recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting onboarding or training programs
  • Start-up or high-growth company experience
  • Interest in learning and development or instructional design
