These positions are primarily full time onsite with some flexibility for hybrid options available.
Our employees develop, build and work on the world's most advanced electromagnetic spectrum operations systems - detecting, locating and countering threats for joint and international aircrew. We develop sophisticated digital Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and we are looking for motivated and positive minded engineers to join cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams. Key EW program objectives are to improve/enhance air vehicle survivability, through the abilities to detect, deny, deceive, degrade and/or disrupt adversaries Integrated Air Defenses.

We are hiring System Engineering Lead (SELs) to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems.

  • Creation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational concepts
  • Deriving, decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to engineering discipline
  • Identifying System Technical Performance Measures
  • Participation in trade studies, analysis, peer reviews, and customer meetings
  • Support system modeling & simulation, design, and development activities
  • Creation of external and internal interface definition
  • Present findings at design reviews internally or with customers
  • Creation of test plans, test procedures and reports
  • Creation and/or review of algorithms
  • Execution of integration, verification, and validation activities and tests


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 2-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience with Electronic Warfare systems
  • Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)
  • Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
  • Experience leading small teams


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $122640 - $208440
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
