Who You Are

You’re enrolled in a coop program in Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, CS or something similar—and you’re itching to roll up your sleeves in the world of Large Language Models. You love digging into data, tinkering with scripts and experimenting until things click.

What You’ll Do

  • Build intelligent agents that connect data silos via MCP, enabling LLMs to provide more accurate, context-aware insights
  • Dive into our our AI chatbot by refining prompts, running A/B tests and slashing hallucinations
  • Audit & cleanup knowledgebase articles so our LLM learns from only the best data
  • Tag, categorize & structure unstructured content (docs, FAQs, PDFs) for better retrieval
  • Build simple scripts (Python, PowerShell) to automate data prep or streamline workflows
  • Measure & iterate on model outputs—track accuracy, relevance and speed, then recommend tweaks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Evaluate source content against AI outputs, identify any discrepancies, and flag them for correction to ensure our data stays accurate and reliable

What We’re Looking For

  • Current coop student in BIS, CE, CS or related field
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel and SQL and eager to learn more
  • Basic Python (or another scripting language) skills
  • A genuine curiosity about AI/LLMs and prompt engineering

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Real impact: Your work goes straight into production
  • Mentorship: Regular checkins and learning sessions with seasoned pros
  • Flexibility: Fully remote, adjustable hours to fit your schedule
  • Growth: Exposure to cross-functional teams in IT and product

Hourly: $25
