THE TEAM 

The mission of the Global Logistics team is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods. 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and eComm fulfillment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of Aritzia’s U.S. surface transportation network, driving operational reliability, managing carrier performance, and ensuring real-time resolution for high-volume shipments across all channels. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Global Logistics to continued growth and development within Aritzia.  

 

THE ROLE 

As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, Logistics, you will: 

  • Execute best-in-class surface logistics, including freight, shipping, and delivery set-up 

  • Execute the best possible logistics experience for our customers 

  • Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business 

  • Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally 

 

THE QUALIFICATIONS  

The Senior Specialist / Specialist, Logistics, has: 

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in: 

  • U.S. surface transportation execution (FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and Drayage) 

  • Daily carrier coordination, SOP adherence, and performance management 

  • Managing complex network shipment streams across DC Transfers, New Store Openings, and Wholesale Channels 

  • Real-time exception management, risk mitigation, and proactive operational tracking 

  • Working with North American surface logistics and transportation surface providers 

  • Microsoft Office, including Excel 

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles 

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners 

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business 

 

THE COMPENSATION  

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.  
 
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
