What you can expect:

  • The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience with the Supply Chain and Order to Cash team on various projects. This role offers insights into supply chain management and order processing, helping the candidate understand these business functions and their interaction with other teams at Lilly.

  • The ideal candidate is highly motivated, performance-driven, and capable of adapting to changing circumstances and priorities. Strong time-management skills are essential for handling multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to learning and ownership of work are crucial for consistently delivering high-quality results.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to):

  • Review discrepancies in Material and Customer Master Data between our system and our third-party provider and assist with mass data changes.

  • Create an automated approval process/template for submitting free goods orders for approvals from the Supply and Brand teams.

  • Investigate old inventory entries in Veeva and document if inventory adjustments are needed to clean up the system.

  • Expand the Product List to include dimensions.

  • Archive and delete old records from the I Drive.

  • Projects/responsibilities may be adjusted based on evolving business needs.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be a student returning to full time studies in the fall or required to complete a co-op/internship in order to fulfill a program requirement.

  • 2nd or 3rd-year University student pursuing an undergraduate degree in supply chain, accounting, business, finance, or a related field. Must be returning to school in the Fall.

  • Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams and build relationships.

  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and following up on actions/issues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating professional presentations, documents, and spreadsheets essential for effective communication and data analysis.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ PREFERENCES:

  • Previous experience in supply chain or order management is highly desirable. This experience will provide a solid foundation and understanding of the processes and challenges involved in these areas, allowing the candidate to contribute effectively from the start.

  • Experience with Power Apps and process automation is an asset. This expertise will help streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support the implementation of automated solutions within the supply chain and order management processes.
