Job Description

·         Job Description Summary

IKO's Supply Chain Team is committed to enabling our business to successfully optimize the demand and supply in our North American Supply Chain network in support of our company goals and our vision of setting the standard in our industry.
As part of the Supply Chain Team, you would play a role in ensuring delivery excellence and accuracy while demonstrating IKO's Values of Sharing Knowledge, Integrity, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Humility and Agility.

 

·         Job Description

We are looking for some supply chain/scheduling experience for this role:

When you join us you will:

·              Assist with daily reporting of production and shipments from facilities in the IKO network

·              Assist in developing metrics to support the team

·              Assist in monitoring network/plant inventories and development of recommended stocking plans

·              Perform ad hoc analysis to identification of potential challenges/opportunities

·              Assist in development of models in support of current and future Supply Chain plans

·              Support the team in the implementation of an ERP system

·              Support team with plant schedule preparation

·              Assist with maintenance of plant work orders and transfer orders, to align with schedules

·              Assist in development of monthly Supply Review presentation

·              Perform other duties as assigned

 

Our ideal candidate will

·              Strong Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of power query is an asset

·              Have some previous training in Supply Chain disciplines, such as scheduling or inventory management

·              Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·              Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·              Attention to detail and accuracy

·              Enthusiastic and pleasant attitude

·              Strong desire to learn
