The Supervisor, Paid Social drives the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns. You’ll be responsible for delivering business growth and performance through data-driven insights, innovative paid social strategies, and leadership excellence, while mentoring team members and enhancing best practices.


* This role requires working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across paid social platforms
  • Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.
  • Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
  • Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
  • Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.
  • Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.
  • Drive internal processes and best practices for colleagues and team members.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience buying media at scale against both performance and brand based KPIs
  • A proven track record of turning business problems into business solutions using data, automation, and statistics
  • Proficiency with emerging and leading industry Social Platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pin, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Retail experience is a big plus.
  • BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range

$110,000$135,000 CAD
