A Day in the Life

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Support the StartRight team through various administrative and patient-focused activities.

• Contributing to other Training, Marketing, Digital and Reimbursement projects as required.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (may include the following and other duties may be assigned):

• This is a temporary position.

• Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.

• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.

• Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.

• Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

• Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)

• Assist the StartRight team through various activities including patient calls, inbox management, training documentation in Salesforce, trainer invoice processing, etc.

• Contribute to other Training, Marketing, Digital and Reimbursement team projects including document review/creation, data entry, presentation editing, etc.

CAREER STREAM: Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
