What You'll Be Doing

  • Tackle the company's toughest problems in various different areas (Ops, GTM, Partnerships, etc.)

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of Venn products and deliver positive business outcomes

  • Work directly with the founders in setting and ensuring operational KPIs are met

  • Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Venn hyper-growth

  • Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.g., Product) working to improve customer experience

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in any of the following areas: high growth start-up / management consulting / investment banking

  • Analytical in nature and a hyper-logical thinker

  • A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end

  • A passion for data and experience with tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to solve problems or improve processes

  • Natural curiosity, you don’t accept the status quo and can break complex problems into smaller ones

  • Ability to drive projects and move them from 0 to 1 while collaborating with multiple teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup

  • Experience at a fintech

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
