💻 Role

The Trust and Risk Strategy & Operations team drives business outcomes across buyer experience, margin expansion, and user trust on the platform. In this role you will:

  • Act as a general manager for a core segment of the Trust and Risk Organization, partnering closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to deliver tangible results for the business 
  • Develop and own OKRs for your space
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity/reduce costs
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or San Francisco, CA hubs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (eg consulting, finance, GM, Operations)
  • Excellent problem solver - you bring structure where there is ambiguity
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Experience with SQL required, and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex are a plus

💰Compensation

For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants: $160,000/year to $245,000/year + benefits + equity.

The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
