While some projects will be assigned, the expectation is that this role will proactively originate, scope, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business value.

  • Translate business challenges into people solutions (process improvements, tools, programs, or policy changes)
  • Develop business cases, project plans, success metrics, and post-implementation reviews for people-related initiatives
  • Act as a thought partner to the Director of HR on priority initiatives, risks, and opportunities

Analytics, Insights & ROI

  • Build and maintain people-related dashboards and insights to support decision-making
  • Measure and communicate the impact of talent and incentive initiatives on retention, performance, engagement, and cost
  • Use data to proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve workforce outcomes

Entrepreneurial Ownership

  • Identify gaps or opportunities within the people function and broader organization and propose solutions
  • Independently scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive measurable value
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, data-informed talent and incentive strategies that support business growth
  • Incentive programs that drive performance while maintaining cost discipline
  • Improved retention, engagement, and workforce productivity
