This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, primarily within the influencer marketing space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agency or in-house marketing, with proven experience in proposal development, campaign management, and team leadership. This individual will be adept at translating data into actionable insights, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and driving high-quality outputs within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Developing integrated strategies for potential and existing clients, collaborating with executives and senior leadership.
  • Overseeing proposal development: identifying gaps, refining structure and flow, streamlining content, and ensuring inclusion of key elements.
  • Developing and implementing methods and frameworks to enhance the team's strategic thinking and content creation.
  • Leading collaborative work sessions, synthesizing output, and presenting confidently internally and externally.
  • Translating data (qualitative and quantitative) into actionable strategies, identifying research gaps.
  • Ensuring internal alignment and rallying stakeholders behind strategic recommendations.
  • Providing strategic leadership, introducing relevant processes, tools, and training.
  • Leading creative brainstorms with stakeholders and clients.
  • Managing the Strategy team: including hiring, onboarding, training, workflow planning, project coordination (including RFPs), and day-to-day management.
  • Maintaining up-to-date proposal templates, asset banks, and a database of proposals and projects.
  • Fostering a positive team culture, providing counsel, and overseeing work quality and client transitions.
  • Sharing learnings, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Guiding decision-making and providing counsel to internal and external stakeholders, including ELT.
  • Promoting innovation by sharing new tools, processes, and industry news.
  • Overseeing timelines and guiding multiple projects and departments.
  • Interpreting RFPs and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Continuously seeking process efficiencies.

You'll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of agency/in-house experience in marketing strategy, creative accounts, or influencer marketing (2-3 years specifically in influencer marketing preferred).
  • Experience developing creative strategies for RFPs/pitches and coordinating/ideating strategic campaigns across internal/client/partner teams.
  • 2+ years of team and project management experience.
  • Proven ability to conduct quantitative/qualitative research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies across various digital channels (omnichannel experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation), interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
