Position Overview:
As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group team, you will play a key supporting role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the division. This entry-level role supports Boat Group’s strategy by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and contributing to fact-based insights that inform BBG leadership decision-making. The analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and financial topics while working cross-functionally across the organization.

Essential Functions:
Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business insights and recommendations
Assist in the development of data-driven fact bases and executive-ready materials for leadership review
Partner with division and functional teams to support data collection, analysis, and insight generation
Contribute to cross-functional projects, including:
Strategic planning
Portfolio strategy and analysis
Financial and business performance analysis
Channel strategy and execution support

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
Hybrid (in office 3x per week)
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $58,700- $92,700, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
