Collaborative design thinker needed
You will support senior leaders in enterprise-wide annual strategic planning to establish and validate FCC’s strategic direction. Corporate governance and strategic planning expertise required.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategies
- Research and employ innovative design practices
- Establish outcome metrics for short, medium and long terms
- Partner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomes
- Create and maintain cross-functional networks
- Assess research and analyze business requests
- Use customer and industry insights to inform priorities and outcomes
- Liaise with senior leadership
- Compile intelligence for committees or Board members
