About The Role

As the Strategic Resource Administrator, Creative Services you'll support HUB International's Ontario & Atlantic Canada region in partnership with HUB corporate headquarters in Chicago. Working directly with our sales leadership team, you'll create the materials, campaigns, and digital experiences that fuel our growth engine. You'll be embedded with sales leadership, seeing firsthand how your work translates into competitive wins, new business, and market differentiation. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic environments balancing creative vision with business goals, manages competing priorities effectively, and is driven to deliver measurable results beyond content creation alone

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including proposals, presentations, RFPs, sell sheets, bios, and applications
  • Customize and format complex documents while ensuring brand compliance and translation coordination
  • Monitor RFP opportunities and manage bid submissions, including formatting and data sourcing from HUB
  • Support lead generation campaigns and sales enablement initiatives through marketing tools and resources
  • Act as a marketing liaison to Strategic Resource Managers, providing partnership support and aligning on launches and initiatives
  • Manage SME profiles, headshots, and LinkedIn presence to support brand visibility
  • Support D365 email campaigns and maintain website content, including landing and program pages
  • Coordinate new digital requests and collaborate with Corporate Digital Marketing on web initiatives

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or related area
  • 2+ years’ experience in the insurance space a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Email marketing automation tools are beneficial but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly autonomous, able to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution with broad direction
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities
  • Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics)

The expected salary range for this position is $51,000 to $58,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
