This role is based in our dedicated tech hubs in San Francisco, CA and Boca Raton, FL. We use a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office per week.
Your Day to Day

Lead with Vision: Direct and inspire a team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Drive Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data annotation projects, ensuring flawless delivery on time and within scope.

Optimize Workflows: Develop and implement efficient processes and systems that enhance quality, productivity, and scalability.

Bridge Technical and Operational Needs: Partner with engineering and product teams to align project execution with broader strategic goals, while addressing customer needs.

Solve Strategic Challenges: Tackle high-level operational problems with creativity and rigor, contributing innovative solutions to support AI alignment and data excellence.

About You

Rockstar Leadership: Proven experience leading teams through complex projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in challenging environments. Minimum of 5 years in a project leadership role, preferably managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives.

Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, linguistics, or a related STEM field. Hands-on experience with tools like SQL and Python is required.

This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

$150,000—$175,000 USD
