As a Strategic Programs Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing our portfolio of strategic engagements, driving end-to-end program management and ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will deploy best practices across multiple workstreams and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support execution. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of problem solvers, tackling complex business challenges from strategy through to implementation. 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field  
  • 15+ years of experience as an IT leader across ERP/CRM and IT Systems integrations 
  • Experience managing a team of consultants and overseeing client delivery  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio  
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically  
  • Possess a strong understanding of business and technology challenges related to implementing and supporting ERP, HR, and/or CRM systems, with experience designing, developing, and enhancing platform-based applications that align with client needs 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams with the ability to interface with technical/non-technical stakeholders 
  • Proven expertise in business transformation with a strong track record of driving change enablement and delivering measurable results 

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage acumen to understand underlying client business problems, while developing and delivering NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Workday technology-enabled solutions that addresses the identified issues 
  • Understand the sales, service, marketing, HR and finance functions within the organization and how the technology will help streamline organizational needs 
  • Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional consulting services 
  • Lead and motivate teams to generate a vision, establish direction by creating an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, and encouraging innovation 
  • Develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management expertise
