The Role

Liberate is transforming the $1.2 trillion P&C insurance industry with AI, and Finance plays a central role in how we scale that impact. The company grew 8x last year and raised $50M in funding for its Series B in August 2025. We’re looking for a high-judgment, analytically rigorous operator to join the Finance team in a GTM Strategic Finance role, reporting to the VP of Finance.

In this role, you will be the finance partner to our go-to-market organizations, including Sales, Marketing, and Deployment. You will help shape how we grow by owning key planning processes, improving the quality of our forecasts, and turning data into clear recommendations for resource allocation, investment decisions, and operating execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Own core GTM planning and forecasting processes, including annual planning, monthly financial reviews, weekly operating rhythms, and long-range planning.
  • Own analysis of key business drivers across the funnel, including conversion, productivity, CAC, payback, and net retention, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Deployment leadership on headcount planning, quota and capacity models, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives such as pricing, packaging, new product launches, and investment prioritization.
  • Prepare clear, high-quality materials for executive and board discussions, distilling complex data into concise narratives and decision points.
  • Help improve the systems, processes, and operating cadences that allow Finance to scale effectively with the business.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment, ideally in a role supporting GTM, revenue, or growth functions.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and a structured, first-principles approach to problem solving.
  • Fluency in core SaaS and GTM metrics, including ARR, pipeline conversion, CAC, payback, LTV, and net retention.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and influencing decisions through data, judgment, and strong communication.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and a high-ownership environment where priorities evolve quickly.
