Job Title: Strategic Advisor / Senior Consultant

Must haves:

10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting
Strong knowledge of Ontario healthcare and digital health environments
Experience with digital health strategy, roadmap development, and governance models
Knowledge of EHR/EMR modernization, health data management, interoperability, and AI initiatives
Experience working in complex public sector or healthcare environments
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with PHIPA, PIPEDA, privacy, and healthcare data governance frameworks is highly preferred
