As a Strategic Account Executive, you will lead our enterprise sales efforts, closing high-value, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals in the AI infrastructure space. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise organizations, bridging complex AI challenges with the cutting-edge solutions that RunPod is known for. By helping clients adopt our revolutionary cloud platform, you'll drive innovation that accelerates AI development, and catapult your own success to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Enterprise Sales: Build, manage, and close multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS deals, forging long-term partnerships that fuel your success and ours.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate to refine our go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with RunPod's ambitious goals.
- Foster Relationships: Become a trusted advisor by providing tailored AI infrastructure solutions that mirror each client's strategic vision.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, positioning yourself among the top earners in the industry.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, engineering, and customer success to deliver exceptional results, ensuring clients see you, and RunPod, as integral to their success.
- Market Leadership: Represent RunPod at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings, showcasing thought leadership and fueling the conversation around AI innovation.
- CRM Excellence: Meticulously document customer and deal activities to promote visibility and seamless collaboration across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a history of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and enterprise-level infrastructure challenges. AI expertise is an asset.
- Skilled in using advanced sales frameworks that break down resistance and open the door to real conversations about pain points. Familiarity with the NEPQ framework is an asset.
- Adept at high-stakes negotiations and comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
- Successful completion of a background check
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and unafraid to think big
What You'll Receive:
- The competitive base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process, based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location
- In addition to the base salary, this role also offers a variable commission that is uncapped
